Structural Stamina is a training platform dedicated to the well being of its participants. We believe good health comes from positively developing both our body and mind. We teach training techniques and a proven methodology that extends beyond class time to produce amazing results inside and outside of training.

Shan has been instructing individuals and groups professionally in personal training, yoga and the martial arts for many years. He has a keen eye for meeting one at ones current ability and knowing where to take them next. Shan has a rich experience having worked with people from children to elderly in their 80's to individuals facing severe injury / health related issues.
